Well, today the sun is shining in Ireland with everyone frantically trying to let every ray settle into their bones after a hard, wet and dark winter. I have stopped looking at the weather forecast as it had a negative effect on my mental health but here we are for one day anyway, enjoying the warm rays.

This time of year I am obsessed with my garden. I mean I am most times of the year but especially in May. You can start to see the results of the hard work the winter brought. The apple blossoms have come and gone and we are in this pause before the fruit comes. That saying, “The best is yet to come,” perhaps was birthed in May.

So with that in mind, take a moment today to feel the hope of the fruits to come.
